Donations are non-refundable.
Should an error be made in the amount of any donation, the donor has 72 hours (three days) in which to notify Reconciliation Canada of the error. All requests for refunds must be made in writing by email to A href=”mailto:email@example.com”>firstname.lastname@example.org. The request should have the details of the initial donation including the date, amount, name of the donor, and the nature of the error.
Tickets and Registration Fees
Tickets and registration fees for events are fully refundable for the first 24 hours after purchase. After 24 hours have passed since your purchase, and up until three days before the event, 50% of your ticket or registration fee will be refunded. Tickets and registration fees are not refundable in the last three days before the event, or following the event.
All requests for ticket refunds and registration cancellations must be made in writing by email to email@example.com. The request should have the details of the event including the purchase date, ticket or registration fee amount, buyer’s name, number of tickets, and a brief explanation.
In case the event is cancelled, Reconciliation Canada will fully refund your ticket and registration fees.
Errors by Reconciliation Canada
Should an error be made by Reconciliation Canada, its financial institution or donation processing system, full refunds will be made immediately upon notification of the error and all costs borne by Reconciliation Canada.
