By uploading any content (video, audio, visual, written, or other) to the Reconciliation Canada “We Are All One” campaign portal on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Grant of License:
I grant Reconciliation Canada a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, edit, distribute, and display the material I upload or any parts of it, in any format, medium, or platform, including but not limited to online, print, DVD, or other digital or physical formats. This license is granted without the need for further permission from me after I provide this consent.
Public Sharing:
I acknowledge and consent to the public sharing of my uploaded content. This includes, but is not limited to, the publication of my name, image, and other personal information contained within my upload or otherwise provided to Reconciliation Canada (excluding my contact information). Reconciliation Canada may share this information publicly for the purposes of the “We Are All One” campaign.
Authorship and Permissions:
I affirm that I am the sole author of the uploaded content, and I am the only personappearing in the upload. If the content includes other authors and/or performers, I certify that I have obtained their explicit permission to upload the content to the “We Are All One” campaign portal. I have ensured that all other authors and/or performers have read, understood, and agreed to the full legal terms outlined herein.
Acceptance of Terms:
I have carefully read and understood these Terms and Conditions. I agree to abide by the Terms of Service governing the “We Are All One” campaign, as provided by Reconciliation Canada.
These Terms and Conditions are a legally binding agreement between you (the uploader) and Reconciliation Canada. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not upload any content to the “We Are All One” campaign portal.
Reconciliation Canada reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the campaign portal, and your continued use of the portal will signify your acceptance of the revised terms. Please review these Terms and Conditions regularly to stay informed of any updates.
By uploading content to the “We Are All One” campaign portal, you acknowledge that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms and Conditions, and you consent to the use and sharing of your content as described herein.
